Welcome to the new, redesigned Paperbacks Plus website. We now feature reviews, upcoming events, and store-related news. You can still place orders by e-mailing us; however, we no longer have a searchable database. We welcome comments and discussion, and would love to post a review of your favorite books! If you or your children have books you'd like to review, drop us a line here.
About us
Paperbacks Plus is an independent bookstore in the Riverdale neighborhood
of the Bronx. In addition to a wide array of general interest reading
material, we are known throughout our community for our extensive
collection of children's books, toys, and puzzles and for our frequent
read-aloud events for children.
Open Tuesday through Saturday 9:30am - 6:30pm and Sunday 11:00am - 5:30pm.

The Paperbacks Plus Book Club Buyer Program
The Book Club is our free, frequent buyer program.
For every 12 items you purchase under your account, you'll receive 10% of the grand total back as a rebate coupon good for any item in the store. To sign up or learn more about the club, ask one of our employees.
Reading Groups
Paperbacks Plus is ready for your reading group: we provide books for members at a 15% discount when 5 or more books are purchased by one person for the group.
